What are Subliminal Affirmations?

How do subliminal affirmations differ from regular affirmations? In the way they are delivered. You can make any affirmation a subliminal affirmation with the right tools.

An affirmation is simply a statement. It should be phrased in the present tense, and be something positive. For example:  I am enough. This is an affirmation.  There are tons and tons of lists of affirmations available. Affirmations have proven to not be all that effective, because people do not use them enough, long enough or consistently enough for them to sink into their brains. They also are using the conscious part of your brain, where the “oh no I’m not” filter can block the input of these affirmations.

This is where subliminal affirmations come in. Subliminal affirmations are no different than regular affirmations however, they are delivered on screen at a rate you can barely detect. They in fact, just appear as a flash on your screen. You can be sure though, your nonconscious mind picks up every single flash and knows exactly what it says.

You can also have these subliminal affirmations sent through your speakers at a frequency below regular hearing level. This allows your nonconscious brain again, to be the receptor of these messages instead of your conscious mind.

Your nonconscious brain is an amazing thing. Your nonconscious brain occupies about 83% of your total brain mass, controls 96-98% of perception and behavior!! That’s a lot. While your conscious brain loses focus about every 6-8 seconds, the nonconscious brain never loses focus. Your conscious brain forgets things after a few seconds, your nonconscious brain forgets things ~ NEVER.

Your conscious brain can process about 2000 bits of information per second. That’s a lot, but your nonconscious brain can process 400 BILLION bits of information per second, and remembers it ALL FOREVER.

A habit, whether of thought or action is simply a thought you think over and over. This thought becomes a habit, and with continued repetition becomes an attitude or belief.  You can change these beliefs by simply repeatedly imprinting your new/wanted belief or attitude on your nonconscious brain.

This is exactly what subliminal affirmations do.

To make affirmations into subliminal affirmations and  flash on your computer screen or play through your speakers you are going to need to get some subliminal software. There is software where you can record your own affirmations, or you can get software where everything is preloaded and all you do is choose your affirmations, and hit the start button. This is the type of software that I currently use. It’s called MindZoom Subliminal Software. It allows me to choose the affirmations I want sent, the frequency I want them sent to my screen and it also allows me to play them through my speakers at the same time for double the benefit.
