There are quite a few options when it comes to subliminal software. How do you know which one is right for you? I thought I’d give you some tips from my experience when it comes to getting the subliminal software that’s best for you and your needs.

Know your affirmations

Make sure you can see the affirmations that are being sent to your via the software. You want to make sure the messages this software is sending directly to your subconcsious are the right kind of messages. All subliminal messages are not created equal. You want to make sure they are in the present tense and positive in nature. For example you don’t want an affirmation stating what you don’t want, or that something is happening in the future. Your brain does not see negative, and if you submitting something will be ~ that’s exactly where you will be stuck, waiting for it to happen.

Add your own affirmations

Make sure you can add your own affirmations. You are an individual, with your own unique thoughts, feelings and needs. You have grown up with messages that are unlike anyone else.  Yes, general messages are great, but it is best if you are going to pay for software that you can add your own affirmations that you create especially for you and your needs.

Audio and Visual

I have tried a few different things, but realized in the end that I need software that provides messages both in an audio medium as well as a visual medium. I like the subliminal audio because I may not always be sitting at my desk to see the visual messages, but as long as I am within listening range of my computer I can still get the full effect of the subliminal messages given by the software.

Ongoing support

Make sure whatever software you buy is backed up with ongoing support and updates.  At some point you may hit a snag or not understand how to do something you wish to do with your software. This is where ongoing support comes in.  Being able to send an email to support and get a quick reply will keep you using your software, and consistency is key.
