I recently read John Assaraf’s book The Answer. It was the clearest, most concise and scientifically based explanation I have ever seen on the law of attraction. I loved it. He explained Neural reconditioning in terms that made total sense, and I finally understood why all my “intentions” didn’t always come into fruition.

So what does this have to do with MindZoom Subliminal Software you ask.

Everything. It was in this book that using subliminal software was recommended to reinforce new neural networks and new habits of thought. This book made so much sense that I decided to take action and get some of this subliminal software.

I looked around, read some reviews, and finally decided to go with MindZoom.  I’ve been using this software for a few days now, and I’ll let you know what I think so far. I’ll come back in a month or so and let you know how my results have turned out.

MindZoom Subliminal Software Review

I debated between a program that had the affirmations already in place, and one that I could record my own. I went with the ones already in place because I wanted to get started. I am still thinking about getting another piece of subliminal software where you can record your affirmations in your own voice. MindZoom does not do that.

However, MindZoom is very easy to master. You are taken through an easy process to download the software, and then just click through the wizard.

Once you have installed the software you will see the control panel. This is where you can add your own affirmations, and choose from the over 1200 that are provided to you.

Choosing which affirmations you want to use is as simple as clicking a box in front of the topics you want to reprogram. There are a ton of choices, from weight, to being a great athlete, marriage, and of course money.

You can then choose where you want to see your affirmations on the screen. You have 5 choices.  Any of hte 4 corners of your screen or the center. I tried the center, and even though the flashes are quick I found it a bit too distracting to work and see the flashes in the center. I have since moved them to the bottom left and I like that very much.

You can then set the speed at which you want the affirmations to show.  You choose how quickly they flash, as well as how often a message is shown.  You can set it as high as 900 affirmations per hour. That flashes the messages at 4 second intervals and you can have them flash as quickly as 60 milliseconds. They really do flash so fast you can’t see them, it’s just a black blip on your screen.

Speaking of which, you can also change the color of the affirmations and the size as well. It can truly be customized to fit your needs and your personal likes/dislikes.

The thing I really like about this particular software is the ability to use them subliminally through your computer speakers as well as seeing the flashes. I like this because I am not always in front of my computer during the day, but it is always on. That way I get the benefit no matter what. I also like this because you can’t hear the messages, so I can also be feeding good input to both my daughter and my husband.

So once you have made all the decisions all you have to do is click the start button. If you save your settings, and tell it to start on startup it will automatically start running every time you start your computer.

Here’s what I’ve noticed in a couple of days.

I have the subliminal weight loss affirmations on, and I find myself taking smaller portions. Eating until I’m satisfied, and not needing to snack as much. This is huge for me.

After reading Assaraf’s book I personally like the idea of having my nonconscious brain bombarded with positive messages all day. I feel like it’s helping already. I’m feeling more patient, less agitated, and more flexible ~ which are all affirmations that are playing on my computer.

If you are thinking about getting a subliminal software program I highly recommend MindZoom. In addition to having a great product, I hear the customer service is excellent, although I have not had a chance to use it as everything has gone so smoothly.
